Escambia County, FL – Escambia County Administrator Randy Oliver is pleased to announce new additions to the County’s website,www.myescambia.com, which allows residents easier access to County government.
Beginning with the January 19, 2012, Board of County Commissioners Meeting,visitors to the website can click on an agenda item and be taken to that portion of the videorecording of the meeting. This allows residents to view the discussion by the board and the action taken on the selected agenda item. The video links will be available shortly after the conclusion of a meeting. Video tabs from last night’s meeting are now available. The County is offering this service as a way to be more transparent and allow residents more access to their government.
In addition to the new video agenda, ECTV, the County’s 24-hour television channel, is now streaming online 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Log onto www.myescambia.com and click on the “See What’s On ECTV” button to watch ECTV from your computer.
